QGIS Cloud Free accounts may be removed as part of periodic clean-ups when they are considered inactive.

An account is considered inactive for this purpose when both of the following criteria are met:

• No login to the account within the last 2 years
• No more than 4 accesses to the account's published map(s) within the last 2 years

Only accounts that meet both criteria are considered for removal.

The possibility of periodically removing inactive QGIS Cloud Free accounts and their associated data is covered by the QGIS Cloud Terms of Use.
